A convoy of police motorcyclists has left Brisbane in a revamped version of their annual tribute to fallen colleagues.

Normally, the Wall-to-Wall ride sees officers from around the nation converge on Canberra, but because of the pandemic, almost 300 Queensland riders are on a return trip to Emerald.

This year’s ride particularly honours Senior Constable Dave Masters, who was killed in a hit-run incident at Caboolture in June.
