As of midnight, anyone entering South Australia from the Greater Brisbane area including Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay and Redlands will have to self-quarantine for 14 days. Anyone who has been in the hotspot since January 2 will receive an SMS from SA Health to get tested for COVID-19. Health authorities have revealed that two more cases in South Australia’s medi-hotels have been traced back to the more-contagious UK variant of COVID-19. It brings the total of cases with the mutant strain in SA to four, with two previous cases which were hospitalised for treatment now recovered. It comes as the state records three new cases, all in hotel quarantine travellers. Latest: 7news.link/coronavirus
